Maria left McKinsey & Co and founded Sundaram Consulting in order to bring more flexibilty into her life. The flexibility extended to how she works and allowed her to more specifically focus on the sustainability aspect of the transformation work. Maria’s love of lean methodologies is due to the unlocking of human potential and organizational joy that comes with truly embedding these concepts and making them the new way of working.
